Somewhere along the way, you picked up a burden that God already took off your shoulders. The worry, the fear, the heaviness — none of it belongs to you anymore. He carried it to the cross so you wouldn't have to carry it another day. Lay it down this morning. Walk in the lightness of a soul truly set free.

Father, I release every burden I was never meant to carry. Bless my day with lightness, clarity, and peace that surpasses understanding. Bless my night with deep rest, free from worry and fear. Remind me that You already carried what I keep trying to hold. In Jesus' name, Amen.
